Fiz uma atualização no módulo de calculo de frete do WP-eCommerce, agora ele primeiro tenta calcular o frete diretamente do site dos Correios, caso haja algum problema ele usa o cálculo do PagSeguro. Só deve-se ficar atento que o valor que o PagSeguro retorna é apenas aproximado ao dos Correios, nos testes que eu fiz geralmente o valor do Sedex dava em torno de R$ 2,00 a menos.
